One less tub on the shelf
Modern Savage
Have a look at what CoQ10 costs on its own. A month of it in capsules runs to more than a lot of people spend on meat. And for all that, it started life as an ordinary part of an ordinary food.
Heart is where CoQ10 is found in an animal, in the one muscle that never stops. Before it was isolated in a lab in the 1950s and sold back to us in a tub, we got it the way every generation before us did, by eating the heart with the rest of the beast.
There is grass-fed bovine heart in the scoop for exactly that reason. Naturally occurring CoQ10, in the form and the company it comes in, without a separate bottle, a separate price and a separate thing to remember in the morning.
That is what we mean when we talk about replacing the shelf. The idea was fewer tubs.
