When will my pre-order arrive?
Everything on the site right now is a pre-order from our first batch. We are aiming to deliver around October 2026, and we will email you the moment your order is on its way, with tracking.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched and we will refund you in full, no reason needed. Email support@modernsavage.co with your order number. Until your order has gone to our warehouse, you can also cancel it yourself from the orders page in your account.
That includes a subscription. Once the first delivery of a subscription has been dispatched, the two-delivery minimum applies and you can cancel after your second delivery.
How does the subscription work?
Your subscription renews every 28 days until you cancel, and delivery is free on every subscription order. We email you before each renewal is charged. Because your first order is a pre-order, your next payment is 28 days after that order is dispatched, not 28 days after you ordered.
Subscriptions have a minimum of two deliveries. You can cancel at any time before your first delivery is dispatched, for a full refund. Once it has been dispatched, you can cancel from your account page after your second delivery has been dispatched, and you won't be charged again.
If you're in the UK, you can also cancel by emailing support@modernsavage.co within 14 days of receiving your first delivery, which stops the second delivery and its charge too.
Where do you ship, and how much is delivery?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States, and every order is tracked.
UK delivery is £4.99, free on orders of £100 or more, and usually arrives 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. US delivery is $7.99, free on orders of $100 or more, and usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Delivery is free on subscriptions.
What's the difference between the three products?
Modern Savage is the adult daily blend: beef organs and bison liver, protein, collagen, whole-food vitamins and real berries in one scoop.
Mini Savage is the children's version, dosed for small bodies, with bovine colostrum.
The BG Summit Stack is the layer on top for adults: creatine, electrolytes, NMN, PQQ and trans-resveratrol. In the United Kingdom it has NAD+ in place of NMN.
Modern Savage and the Summit Stack are designed to work together. If you have a health condition or take medication, talk to your general practitioner first.
What age is Mini Savage for?
Mini Savage is our children's blend, dosed for small bodies, and Modern Savage is the adult blend. We haven't published set ages yet, because we would rather get that guidance right than rush it.
If you're unsure whether your child is ready for the adult blend, keep them on Mini Savage and have a quick word with your general practitioner or pharmacist. For very young children, or a child with any health condition, please check with your general practitioner first. Mini Savage contains milk, from the colostrum.
Is it vegan or vegetarian?
Modern Savage and Mini Savage are not. The heart of both is beef organs and bison liver, and Mini Savage also contains milk, from the colostrum.
The BG Summit Stack isn't certified vegan, so we don't describe it that way.
Can I take it if I'm pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication?
Our products are food supplements, not medicines, and we're not able to give medical advice. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, please talk to your doctor before adding anything new. The full ingredients for every product are on its page, so you can take them along.
Is there caffeine in the BG Summit Stack?
No added caffeine. The Summit Stack's focus ingredient is a non-stimulant: Zynamite® S in the United States, and a non-branded version in the United Kingdom. It sits alongside creatine and electrolytes.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We'll always make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid. Just email support@modernsavage.co as soon as you can with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. You won't usually need to send anything back, and this doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, if it's unopened and unused, with the heat seal across the top of the pouch intact. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send it back within 14 days of telling us, and we'll refund the product price. Return postage is at your own cost. Opening the delivery box is fine; it's the seal on the pouch that matters. For hygiene and food safety reasons we can't take a pouch back once that seal is broken, unless it's faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
If you're in the UK, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, with no reason needed: just email support@modernsavage.co. If you cancel your whole order, we'll refund the standard delivery charge too.
Where is it made?
Orders delivered in the UK come from our UK production run, which is made in the UK. Orders delivered in the United States come from our US run, which is made in the USA with international ingredients.
Is Modern Savage really Bear Grylls' brand?
Yes. Modern Savage is created and 100% owned by Bear and his family: Bear, Shara, Jesse, Marmaduke and Huckleberry. It isn't a partnership, a collaboration or an endorsement.
