The UK and US products are made separately, by different manufacturers, and each customer receives the run for their region. The UK pouch is printed "Made in the UK"; the site adds "proudly supporting British farming". The US pouch is printed "American made"; the site describes it as made in the USA with international ingredients.

- Dispatch: aiming to ship by the end of October 2026 for US orders and by the end of November 2026 for UK orders. That is a target, not a guarantee. If it moves, customers are emailed the new date and can cancel for a full refund.

## Returns

- Change of mind: unopened products with the pouch's heat seal intact can be returned for a refund of the product price. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send them back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage for a change of mind is at the customer's cost.
- Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded in full, shipping included. Report them as soon as possible, with a photo if possible.
- A pre-order can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund.
- UK customers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving an order, by email, no reason needed. A UK subscription can be cancelled by email within 14 days of its first delivery, which also ends the second delivery.
- If a customer cancels their whole order, the standard delivery charge is refunded too.

- Modern Savage, Mini Savage and the BG Summit Stack are food supplements, not medicines.
- Mini Savage is dosed for children and meant to be given by a parent. It contains milk (colostrum).
